Santa’s Helpers Baltimore brings holiday joy to families facing childhood cancer and critical illness. Since 1983, our all-volunteer team has helped parents keep the magic of the season alive—whether they celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or another tradition—delivering gifts, stockings, and support to children across Baltimore hospitals and pediatric hospice programs.
